By booking a stay or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully to ensure you understand your rights and obligations while enjoying your experience at Silverwave Gaming Lodge.
1. General Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Silverwave Gaming Lodge, including those made online, via phone, or in person. By confirming a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page.
2. Booking and Reservations
To book a stay at Silverwave Gaming Lodge, guests must be at least 18 years old. All reservations are subject to availability, and bookings will only be confirmed once full payment or a deposit has been received. Upon confirmation, you will receive an email outlining the details of your stay, including check-in and check-out times, room type, and any special requests.
We encourage guests to carefully review their reservation details to ensure accuracy. If any changes or cancellations are required, guests must notify us as soon as possible. Modifications to reservations are subject to availability, and additional fees may apply.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Guests arriving early or wishing to extend their stay must contact the front desk to inquire about availability. Early check-in and late check-out may be provided at an additional cost, depending on room availability.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of booking and the rate plan selected. Guests are advised to review the cancellation policy at the time of booking. For standard bookings, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
In the event of a no-show, guests will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Any promotional or non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
5. Guest Responsibilities
During your stay, we ask that all guests respect the property, staff, and other guests. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or hotel property during their stay. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Silverwave Gaming Lodge. A cleaning fee will be charged to any guest found smoking in their room or other non-smoking areas.
Pets are not permitted at the lodge unless specifically authorized in advance. Guests bringing unauthorized pets will be asked to leave, and a cleaning fee may be applied.
6. Payment Terms
All payments for bookings must be made in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Guests are required to provide a valid credit card upon check-in for incidental charges during their stay.
Any additional services or amenities requested during the stay, such as spa treatments or room upgrades, will be charged to the credit card on file at check-out. Guests will receive an itemized bill for all charges.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Silverwave Gaming Lodge is committed to protecting the privacy of our guests. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By providing your personal information, you consent to the use of this data for the purposes of managing your booking, enhancing your stay, and for other purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, Silverwave Gaming Lodge cannot be held liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during your stay, except where such incidents are due to our negligence.
Guests are encouraged to use the safes provided in each room to store valuable items. Silverwave Gaming Lodge is not responsible for any lost or stolen items left unattended in the rooms or public areas.
9. Force Majeure
Silverwave Gaming Lodge is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or other unforeseen events that prevent us from fulfilling your reservation.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your stay at Silverwave Gaming Lodge will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the region where our property is located.
